What to expect
Initial sessions are 80-90 minutes in length continuing sessions 50-60 minutes. If the work is over skype, you will receive a sheet with tips on how to prepare before the first session. Depending on the issues, one or two sessions or a serious of sessions over a span of time might be helpful and we will discuss if there is a need for follow up and how to proceed at the end of the initial session.
